Day 3

A 65 minute jog in the morning and 1.5 hours of swimming of swimming, as well as stretching and core work after my jog. This would be impressive, had I not spent the day sitting at my desk revising.

The good news? I had porridge for breakfast and then a late lunch of soup and ONE slice of toast! I had a mandarin, jubbly and ryvita slice for a snack after my lunch. Oh and a teey bit of pasta from the pot.

A good day - 3/3 stars!

Day 2

I went for an hour jog and did my abs and leg and arm core work.

But then I had 3 pieces of bread with my soup for lunch as well as a banana and oats. I then had extra rice ad chicken for dinner.

I weighed myself to find out I’ve put on at least 1.5 kgs. I’ve been trying and working so hard (ok maybe not foodwise on some days) but I would hope for some achievement!

So I cried a lot and didn’t go to the gym in the evening but watched two films while snacking on oranges and ryvita with cammomile tea.

I’m going to keep trying, at leat to get fitter, but I don’t think I have the mentality to lose lots of weight without not eating and then that backfired last summer.

I might have to change my food threshold to 1200 calories or i will fail everyday… :(

Day 1

Food: 1200calories - i had too much pasta so no gold star

Exercise: 55mins running and 1.5hours of swimming so a definite star

Core: Pathetic but sufficient. I’m starting the 30 day squat challenge
